How subscriptions work

• When you choose Subscribe & Save at checkout, you authorize Elevate Media LLC (Nuvitora) to charge your payment method automatically for each recurring shipment.
• Recurring orders are charged and shipped every 30 days from your first order, at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
• Where possible you will receive an email before each renewal, and a confirmation email after each charge.

No minimum commitment

There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time.

How to cancel, skip or change

• Log in to your account and manage your subscription, or
• Email support@nuvitora.com or call +1 (929) 561-7670 (Mon-Fri, 11 AM-5 PM ET).

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancel at least 2 days before your next renewal date. Changes made after an order has been processed apply to the following shipment.

Price changes

If your subscription price changes, we will email you before the new price applies. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

Refunds

Your first subscription shipment is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. For later shipments charged before you cancelled, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will help.
