Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

All Nuvitora orders ship free, with no minimum order amount.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

After processing, standard delivery takes approximately 10 to 15 business days to the United States and to international destinations. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs or peak seasons.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at nuvitora.com/pages/track-order.

International orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the customer's responsibility.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 or more days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email support@nuvitora.com and we will investigate and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.
