1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.

2. Products and health disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Content on the Site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Individual results may vary.

3. Orders and pricing

  • All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or product unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.
  • We try to display products and prices accurately, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct them.

4. Promotions and free gifts

Free gifts are available while supplies last, are limited to one of each gift per order unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value if unavailable. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated.

5. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring charges as described in our Subscription Policy until you cancel.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business. You confirm your content is truthful and that you have the right to share it.

All content on the Site, including the Nuvitora name, logo, text, images and design, is owned by or licensed to Elevate Media LLC and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access, or to resell our products without permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as stated in our Refund Policy, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate Media LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elevate Media LLC from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Flathead County, Montana, unless applicable consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring claims locally.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
